We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to join our client's Growth Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee their marketing technology stack and introduce scalable improvements that drive company growth. The chosen candidate will work closely with teams across Revenue and Product departments, enhancing lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Chili Piper.
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce by creating assets, configuring tracking, importing lists, and generating performance reports and dashboards.
- Develop global email nurture programmes to convert top-of-funnel leads.
- Create, document, and implement scalable process improvements to bolster Sales and Marketing team growth.
- Troubleshoot issues within the marketing technology stack, delving into data and routing errors.
- Maintain the marketing attribution model in Marketo, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
Your Profile:
- Significant experience in marketing automation/operations, preferably in a global B2B tech environment.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with email best practices and consent laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
- Experience working cross-functionally to develop processes for Marketing and Sales teams.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to enhance campaigns and programmes.
- Desirable: Experience with HTML/CSS.
