About the role
This is a rare chance to join a large retailer building an in-house retail media function. As a Media & Activation Sales Lead you will own supplier relationships and sell high-impact media packages across digital and in-store channels that drive real incremental revenue.
What you’ll do

Own category media income and deliver against income & sales targets.

Design omni-channel activation packages (onsite + in-store + activations) aligned to JBP priorities.

Pitch to suppliers and media agencies; negotiate and close deals.

Coordinate with Buying & Ops to ensure flawless execution and POE.

Report pacing & ROI and optimise campaigns.
Must-have
-
3–7 years retail media, trade marketing, or media sales.

Experience selling omnichannel retail packages (digital + in-store).

Strong stakeholder skills and C-suite pitch experience.
