Overview
We’re partnering with a national travel retailer building a delivery engine for retail media across hundreds of travel sites. This role will own campaign trafficking, proof of execution (POE), SLAs, compliance governance and platform backlogs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage campaign scheduling, asset ingestion, CMS/portal ownership and vendor coordination.

  • Build governance: SLAs, RACI, audit trails and POE packs.

  • Lead incident resolution and supplier queries; maintain compliance >95% target.

  • Translate ops insights into product/backlog requests with product/tech.

  • Create enablement materials and training for store teams.

Must-have

  • 3–7 years in ad/media operations, campaign trafficking or retail activation ops (experience across digital + in-store screens).

  • Strong process and governance experience; excellent Excel and reporting skills.
