Media Operations & Compliance Lead — Retail Media Delivery

Overview
We’re partnering with a national travel retailer building a delivery engine for retail media across hundreds of travel sites. This role will own campaign trafficking, proof of execution (POE), SLAs, compliance governance and platform backlogs.
Key responsibilities

Manage campaign scheduling, asset ingestion, CMS/portal ownership and vendor coordination.

Build governance: SLAs, RACI, audit trails and POE packs.

Lead incident resolution and supplier queries; maintain compliance >95% target.

Translate ops insights into product/backlog requests with product/tech.

Create enablement materials and training for store teams.
Must-have
-
3–7 years in ad/media operations, campaign trafficking or retail activation ops (experience across digital + in-store screens).

Strong process and governance experience; excellent Excel and reporting skills.
