£70,000–£80,000 + Bonus + Equity
Hybrid – 3 days in office | Central London HQ

We’re partnering with a global programmatic media business that’s building out a new strategic function focused on Advanced TV (ATV) solutions. This is a brand-new role designed for someone who can connect product innovation with commercial impact and play a central role in shaping how ATV is planned, activated, and measured across the UK and EMEA.

This business is known for blending data, tech, and strategy to solve complex media challenges and they’re now investing heavily in the ATV space.

The Opportunity

As the Advanced TV Solutions Lead, you’ll act as the local expert and go-to person for ATV. You’ll bring product capabilities to life for clients and internal teams, build out data partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed ATV into commercial go-to-market efforts.

It’s a strategic and hands-on role with clear long-term progression.  The person hired will have the chance to move into a Head of Media Solutions role as the function scales.

What You'll Do

  • Shape and localise the ATV product roadmap for the UK and EMEA
  • Identify and manage strategic data and measurement partnerships
  • Lead exploratory data initiatives and proof-of-concepts to test new capabilities
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and commercial teams to drive adoption
  • Create internal toolkits, training materials, and go-to-market resources
  • Represent the business externally at events and in partner conversations

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in programmatic, TV, or data-led media environments
  • Deep understanding of the ATV ecosystem including data, OEMs, and measurement
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and working with technical teams
  • Strategic thinker who can operate independently and roll up their sleeves when needed
  • Experience collaborating with sales, account management, and product teams
  • A clear communicator with a commercial mindset
