Position Overview

As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. From crafting compelling ad creatives to analyzing performance metrics, you will work closely with clients to drive ROI and achieve campaign objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, allocate spend effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivering optimal results within budget constraints.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to maximize campaign success.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to continually improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Experience: Experience in paid media management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad content and innovative campaign strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
