We’re delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a fast-scaling, mission-led health and beauty brand to find their next Paid Media Lead – a rare opportunity to join a high-growth DTC business at a pivotal stage of its journey.
Since launching in 2018, the business has grown from a single-product concept into a thriving multi-brand portfolio, including new lines in men’s haircare and anti-ageing. With Series B funding recently secured and successful entry into major UK retailers, they are redefining personalised self-care – combining clinical-grade expertise with accessible, omnichannel delivery.
Why This Role Matters
Paid media is central to this company’s growth engine. As Paid Media Lead, you’ll work across three distinct brands, reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and partnering closely with wider leadership to scale customer acquisition through Paid Search and Paid Social (50/50 split).
You’ll manage six-figure monthly budgets, lead campaign strategy and execution, and play a key role in an in-housing transformation – making this a standout role for someone looking to shape paid marketing from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities

Own the paid strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring effective, data-led customer acquisition.

Develop a robust test-and-learn roadmap across creative, bidding, targeting, and UX.

Manage a Paid Media Executive and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, influencer, tech, and CRM teams.

Oversee channel reporting, budget tracking, and ongoing performance optimisation.

Play a leadership role across the growth team, representing paid media in senior forums and collaborating on broader marketing plans
About You

Strong hands-on experience across Paid Social and Paid Search, ideally with budget ownership.

Platform-level expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Confident with advanced Excel techniques and familiar with performance data and reporting.

Experience managing or mentoring junior team members (desirable).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-led environment, ideally with DTC or start-up experience.
The Offer
