Paid Media Lead – High-Growth TravelTech Platform

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Location: London (Hybrid Working – 2 Days in Office)

A high-growth TravelTech platform, recently acquired by a global travel group, is entering a new phase of investment and innovation. With a well-established customer base, strong international presence, and significant backing, the company is now looking for a Paid Media Lead to take ownership of customer acquisition across global markets.

The Company

This is a fast-moving, digital-first travel platform that enables millions of users to compare and book journeys across multiple territories. Operating in the high-volume, high-frequency travel sector, the business is part of a wider global group and is now doubling down on performance marketing to unlock its next stage of growth.

With a lean and agile structure, the team combines startup speed with commercial precision. This is a rare opportunity to join a platform with both scale and autonomy, where your work will have direct and measurable impact.

The Role

This is a highly commercial and hands-on role for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, data-led environments. You’ll take full ownership of paid media execution across Google Ads, SA360, and other key platforms—optimising campaigns by route, geography, and customer segment.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Finance teams, build out scalable reporting frameworks, and test new channels and strategies to drive growth across international markets. With direct budget responsibility and a mandate to experiment, you’ll play a central role in shaping the brand’s global acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and SA360

  • Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, and ROI across multiple international markets

  • Analyse performance by route, territory, and audience to inform bidding and targeting strategies

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product, Data, and Finance to align campaign goals with commercial outcomes

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to report on core KPIs and drive incremental performance improvements

  • Identify and test new creatives, channels, audience segments, and bidding models

  • Contribute to wider digital acquisition strategy and future roadmap

Your Profile

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and SA360, ideally within high-volume verticals such as travel or ecommerce

  • Highly commercial and data-driven, with the ability to translate business goals into channel strategy

  • Experience managing international campaigns and adapting approaches across markets

  • Skilled in Excel and comfortable interpreting performance data and attribution reports

  • Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative—able to thrive in agile, high-ownership environments

  • Previous experience in scale-ups or fast-growth digital businesses is a bonus
