The Opportunity:

This fintech business has received over £350 million in funding to date, and is making waves in the market place. Having won numerous awards, you will work in a business that has seen exponential global growth and profitability in short time period. Identifying that digital marketing is a key driver of growth, you will join as a Paid Search & B2B expert and take ownership of the function, to support its growth in to new markets.


The Role:

You will bring more leads & customers through Paid Search, Social & Display:

  • Expand all Google & Facebook lead generation & customer acquisition

  • Grow lead generation (and further down the line, engagement & awareness) through paid media content distribution

  • Innovate with new channels (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Native Display etc…)

  • Apply strategic frameworks across all channels – defining learning objectives, setting up A/B tests & scaling accordingly


Your Profile:

You will have proven track record of delivering performance & business growth through Paid Social:

  • You will have some experience in B2B marketing

  • Hands on experience running Paid Search, Social & Display campaigns across all major platforms

  • Using a centric approach to media, connection media buying to customer behaviour

  • Excited about helping small businesses thrive!

  • Team player: you will get people bored & get stuff done.
