The Opportunity

  • Join a creative-led performance team powering two high-growth, video-first brands.

  • Lead on Paid Social and Online Video strategy across always-on and campaign bursts.

  • Own the client relationship with the support of senior leadership – no red tape.

  • Be part of a business that blends media, insight, and in-house creative.

  • Drive measurable impact across campaigns that actually entertain and convert.


Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-channel planning, execution and optimisation (YouTube, Paid Social, light Search).

  • Present strategic campaign plans with tiered budgets and forecasted outcomes.

  • Turn insight into action: guide testing frameworks and creative direction.

  • Build strong client partnerships grounded in clarity, results, and value.

  • Work closely with creative, analytics and media partners to deliver high-impact work.

  • Mentor and support junior team members – help build the next generation of talent.

  • Champion digital maturity through best practice documentation and training.


Your Profile

  • 4+ years in paid media with a solid grounding in Online Video and Paid Social.

  • Skilled in using insight and performance data to influence creative decisions.

  • Confident with clients – you’re proactive, articulate and solutions-focused.

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, YouTube, DV360, GA4 and Looker Studio.

  • You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and stay calm under pressure.

  • Bonus points for experience on FMCG, skincare or home improvement brands.
