Paid Media Performance Manager

Salary – Up to £40K – Dependant on experience

The Role:

  • Manage and develop strong client relationships and work towards all targets and deadlines set
  • Work on strategy and putting together media plans which are in line with the budget
  • Manage all paid social campaigns with an in depth understanding of how to deliver conversion for E-Commerce campaigns in particular
  • The successful candidate will also help to train and develop junior members of the team
  • Develop experience in all paid media to suggest new ideas on best practices and trends

About you:

  • 3+ years agency- side Paid Social experience
  • Experience running Paid Social campaigns across main social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest and Linked In
  • Experience managing and working with B2C clients
  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to analyse raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Creative experience using Adobe Suite
  • Active interest in digital marketing and social platforms, with the desire to be creative to develop new and exciting ideas.
