Paid Media Performance Manager
Salary – Up to £40K – Dependant on experience

The Role:
- Manage and develop strong client relationships and work towards all targets and deadlines set
- Work on strategy and putting together media plans which are in line with the budget
- Manage all paid social campaigns with an in depth understanding of how to deliver conversion for E-Commerce campaigns in particular
- The successful candidate will also help to train and develop junior members of the team
- Develop experience in all paid media to suggest new ideas on best practices and trends
About you:
- 3+ years agency- side Paid Social experience
- Experience running Paid Social campaigns across main social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest and Linked In
- Experience managing and working with B2C clients
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to analyse raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Creative experience using Adobe Suite
- Active interest in digital marketing and social platforms, with the desire to be creative to develop new and exciting ideas.
