We are working with a rapidly growing growth marketing agency, who offer end to end social media services from strategy, management, creative & paid media. An agency where you will not be a cog in a large machine!

The Opportunity:

As a genuine start-up, this will be an incredibly fast paced & diverse role. You will not be a small cog in a big machine! As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will work directly with the founders to drive genuine business growth. Support with new business, media planning, account management & technical delivery. They are looking for an ambitious individual, someone with strong commercial acumen & entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who wants to take their career to the next level.

The Role:

Paid Social is their primary channel, but you will not be limited to this. As the agency scales, you will be given the opportunity to branch out in digital & will have the support from the business to do so. Being put on the appropriate training programmes & working with other specialist to broaden your skill set. As remote first business, they remain passionate about building a collaborative culture where everyone is supported & valued! A business that actually cares.

About You

  • 2+ years multi-channel or specialist channel experience in Paid Social
  • Previously worked on Ecommerce accounts
  • Strong client communication
  • A passion for driving growth: both for your clients and for the business.
  • The aptitude to pick things up quickly, implement what you’re learning effectively, a knack for problem solving and the desire to match.
  • Operational effectiveness: you have great attention to detail, and a proven ability to input process and technology that drives efficiency.
  • Track record of working on Ecom/DR/ accounts successfully.
