  • Management of 1 Exec
  • Opportunity to lead and director on strategy and vision for the full department
  • Constant support from Head of Product and other directors in your pod, a genuine leadership team

Your Role:

It will be your role within the ecommerce pod of the business to oversee strategy of ecommerce/amazon search campaigns, be involved in pitches with new and existing clients, managing an up and coming executive, liaising with your team of directors & Head of Product, to how to fully utilise ecommerce and amazon search for their clients.

  • Lead, develop, inspire their activation executives. Championing growth in their role, be accountable for their output, the accuracy of the planning, booking, activation and optimization.

  • Collaborate and provide specialist input into our consulting projects for them on Commerce on a local (UK), regional and global level

  • Having a Point of View – You’ll demonstrate the capability to develop a POV on technical and sectoral issues
  • Proven experience with data and analytics – You’ll demonstrate competence and confidence in working with data
  • Spotting time-saving efficiencies through to advanced insights being surfaced for our clients

  • An understanding of and ability to access and interpret ABA data for the purpose of media activation would be welcomed, but not a mandatory requirement.
    • If this skillset is not native to you, that is ok, we will be looking to you for a hunger and passion to learn and apply your new knowledge to support in the development of our retail consulting practice.
