The Opportunity:

A Silicon Valley backed; series A start-up is looking to achieve huge growth in the last 2 years. With an experimental approach to marketing, they reinforce a test & learn mind set. You will get the opportunity to work alongside a senior leadership team who has 50+ years experience starting, scaling & exiting high growth businesses. Founders who have taken start-ups to become top 5 global paid media spenders!



This highly entrepreneurial role will evolve but what you can expect:

  • Working with the internal Performance Marketing team and Paid Search Manager to hit targets & business objectives
  • Running Paid Search marketing across Text and Shopping to ensure best-in-class campaigns
  • Optimise and grow Paid Search marketing - continually learning and experimenting with creative, bids and audiences to achieve growth and ROAS improvements
  • Research market trends, identify opportunities for new landing pages to create and optimise with support from the broader growth, design, product and engineering teams
  • Assist in the expansion of new channels (App, Display), Search Engines (Bing) and markets (US, Australia and Europe)
  • Liaise with key search engine account managers and a partner marketing agency


Your Profile:

  • Experience working on complex paid search strategies, high volume campaigns and large budgets
  • Adwords certified and experience using SA360 or an equivalent platform
  • A firm grasp of data analysis, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven performance marketing 
  • You love data, reporting, analysis and are comfortable in spreadsheets
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and shopping campaigns (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ad serving & tracking technologies, UAC or SQL (preferred)
