They are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Search Executive/Manager to join our team and drive the success of their paid search campaigns.

 

Position Overview:

As a Paid Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, and other search advertising platforms. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop effective paid search strategies, and execute campaigns to achieve measurable results. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with clients to drive growth and maximize ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • 18 months of experience managing paid search campaigns, agency or client side. 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics are preferred.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, or SEO is a plus.
