Are you looking to join a rapidly growing eCommerce brand? This innovative mobile app is building a marketplace that connects consumers with the World’s best products in home, garden, living & lifestyle, from the World’s best designers & artists.

 

The Opportunity:

A Silicon Valley backed; series A start-up is looking to achieve huge growth over the next 3 years. With an experimental approach to marketing, they reinforce a test & learn mind set. You will get the opportunity to work alongside a senior leadership team who with proven record of starting, scaling & exiting high growth businesses.  

A product-led business passionate about data, this opportunity is ideal for a Paid Search specialist looking to progress their career towards tech, product & data and away from campaign management.

 

Role:

As the internal thought leader on all things Google and Paid, you will:

  • Be responsible for defining & executing a clear Paid Search strategy

  • Oversee & deliver all Paid Search marketing activity – from top of funnel awareness to Shopping, YouTube, Retargeting, UAC and Show Case Ads

  • Scale Paid Search spend to unlimited levels in line with ROAS targets

  • Interface between data, analytics, product, and creative teams

  • Develop go to market plans & support the expansion across new regions, product categories & price points

  • Internal thought leader on all things Google

 

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience, directly running large scale Paid Search campaigns

  • Proven track record working in a rapidly growing Brand, Ecom or Mcom business or start-up

  • You have strong experience in Google Shopping, SQL, Adwords Scripts, Tag Manager

  • Demonstrated ability to scale Paid Search activity

  • You have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with changing priorities

  • Possess a ‘Growth Mindset’– test, learn & challenge the status quo
