The Role: 

You’ll be expected to manage and provide a superior service to our clients and deliver innovative communications planning solutions. You will apply your knowledge of paid social platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums to overcome the challenges the clients are facing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving performance through an unrivaled understanding of social channels and how consumers use them. 

·       You will be comfortable owning a brief from end to end, including client relationship management

·       Oversee the planning & delivery of lead gen & paid social dashboards such as Facebook, Twitter & Linked In

·       Negotiating rates with key media partners

·       Work alongside & integrate performance strategy with other channel managers

·       Manage and support executives to help support with training and ensure all deadlines are met

·       Collaborate with the wider Paid Social team to deliver best in class campaigns

 

Your Profile:

·       3+ years Paid Social experience in performance marketing

·       You have a good technical knowledge of all major social platforms & lead gen techniques

·       Good understanding of planning social campaigns across various channels and buying models

·       You can educate internal & external teams on the biddable landscape

·       Proactive attitude to find solutions not problems

·       You are commercially minded, diligent, with a keen attention to detail

·       Passionate about joining and thriving in an environment that is building its foundations for success
