This opportunity is particuarly exciting since although you only need exprience in one channel, you will have the opportunity to learn across multiple channels. 

Our client were founded in 2008, are 50 people and are continuing to grow quickly! They are an award-winning pioneer in programmatic, social and mobile, celebrating its 12th year in 2020, it was one of the first companies to trade on ad exchanges in Europe.

The Opportunity

  • Senior level client management and oversee a programmatic & paid social activation team

 

The Role

  • Lead client communication

  • Leading programmatic performance strategy and overseeing implementation across programmatic

  • Managing a highly competent team of optimisers

  • Foster a culture of proactivity across the team, delivering new opportunities for test & learn

  • Lead on the performance forecasting and delivery across all media, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets

 

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background (or client side or a hybrid will also be considered)

  • Strong client management experience

  • Experience within DSP setup and trading or Paid Social is preferred 

  • A drive to expand knowledge into new areas such as paid social, audience led planning and client leadership

  • People management experience of managing several direct reports

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage upwards and downwards

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A drive to further develop precision planning skills

  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic channels

  • Excellent numerical skills

  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be advantageous

  • All academic backgrounds will be considered – qualifications in math’s, data, media of interest
