Sometimes your role may be stagnant. This is a Paid Social Exec role which can offer both remote and hybrid working (and you can be anywhere in the UK), with first-class exposure to the founders and Senior Managers, meaning you get the best and direct training on all Paid Social platforms, all whilst working on high-level ecommerce/D2C client. A performance brilliance.

The Role:

  • The implementation and delivery of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager according to the agreed strategy, including activity planning and scheduling. This involves, but is not limited to:
  • Campaign set up and build out
  • Ads and audience creation following industry best practices
  • Rules & budget management
  • Keep organized records and proactively report on campaign progress, findings and recommendations
  • Perform daily performance checks at campaign, ad set and ad level. Flag issues and find opportunities to improve overall performance of the ad account.
  • Create Ad-hoc audits and reports as requested for weekly or monthly client reports.
  • Help the Paid Social Manager to refine best practices for paid acquisition, streamline internal processes and assist with documentation of learnings and best practices.

 

Your Profile:

  • You are familiar with Facebook Ads platform and have experience in creating a campaign from scratch - experience managing multiple accounts is a plus
  • You love solving problems and always striving for better results
  • You have excellent attention to detail and are confident managing big budgets without making mistakes. You are able to log the changes you make so you can trace back your steps
  • You are inquisitive and eager to learn - proactive when required but not afraid to ask questions when needed
  • You have excellent communication skills - open to debate and keen to share ideas and opinions constructively
  • You thrive when empowered to work independently but can take responsibility for the work you do
  • You are ambitious and don’t want to be just a cog in the system
