I am working in exclusive partnership with one of the fastest growing grocery delivery brands in the world. A joint venture, with two of the biggest names in the sector giving them access to vast customer data, world leading tech, logistics & unrivalled product development.

They have huge amounts of resource & data available to them across media, marketing & tech. This is a forward-thinking brand that is growing quickly & looking to stay on the same trajectory in 2022. The Role:
This particular role would report directly to the new head of paid social.

End -to- end role responsible for paid social strategy, performance, budget management, campaign execution & analysis.

Focusing on customer acquisition, lifetime value & profitability

Conduct competitor analysis and feedback to assist with creative optimizations

Drive and maximize Ocado Retail’s customer acquisition and retention via paid social channels, working very closely with PPC, Programmatic Display, Affiliate and Influencer, SEO and CRM teams

Continuously optimising our marketing assets with our creative team
Skills Required:
-
1 + Year of paid social experience and activations either in house or agency

Experience with end-to-end knowledge of Paid Social channels, including account set up & best practice, pixels and tagging for Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, Twitter, Google Analytics, Snapchat and Tiktok Ad Managers

Comfortable managing multiple tasks of varying volume

Good Communication Skills – Reach out with learnings to your team to implement changes

Proactive – always willing to learn, seek new opportunities and excited to implement them

Proven track record of driving & improving performance marketing KPIs via data-driven decision making

Audience aware – Have experience with liaising with CRM and Audience teams
