Responsibilities

  • Lead and train junior team members, supporting their professional development.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Paid-Social Executives, ensuring their continuous improvement.

  • Align team processes with agency standards, ensuring compliance and excellence.

  • Translate industry insights into actionable strategies for clients.

  • Resolve account issues and provide strategic support to paid consultants.

  • Ensure client KPIs are met and drive strategic input to enhance performance.

  • Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction.

  • Deliver insightful client reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Implement and refine test and learning approaches across client accounts.

Your Profile

  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused.

  • Professional level of spoken and written English.

  • Passionate about marketing, digital innovation, and creative strategies.

  • Methodical and data-driven approach.

  • Experience in a client-facing role with 3-5 years in Paid-Social (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).

  • Interest in marketing science and theory.

  • Strong eye for creative and brand-based marketing.

  • Experience with measurement studies such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, and Incremental Testing.
