I've got a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Social Manager based in London, UK.

My client is a renowned data-driven content marketing agency, specializing in crafting impactful campaigns for global brands. With recent expansions and a spot on the list of top workplaces, they offer a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone's contribution is valued.

This agency is looking for a strategic and talented Paid Social Manager with a good knowledge of the agency and digital landscape. You will join their fantastic international team of ambitious and driven creatives supporting every touchpoint of the business from client services to creative and production. Reporting to the Head of Performance, and managing the Paid Social Team, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms and the digital landscape, experience working with a range of direct-to-consumer brands and an understanding of the creative needed to drive conversions for brands. Role Responsibilities

● Provide leadership and guidance to our team of social media specialists, overseeing their day-to-day activities, providing feedback, and fostering their professional development.

● Managing paid campaigns with precision, handling initial strategy, set-up, activation, and creative ideation; through to campaign builds, optimization, and reporting.

● Monitor campaign performance closely, analyse key metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimise campaigns for improved performance continuously.

● Manage high-growth budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

● Conducting account audits and hygiene checks to continually improve performance and exceed expectations.

● Collaborate with our internal content and design teams to ideate and develop high-performing paid assets.

● Build testing plans and A/B testing structures to fine-tune strategies to drive exceptional results and fuel account growth.

● Respond promptly to client communications, establishing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

● Report account performance to clients, with the ability to clearly communicate the figures, how that affects their overall goals and optimisations needed in account.

● Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across the Paid Media advertising landscape.

 

Experience and Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

● At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

● Experience managing a team of paid social executives.

● Experience working in ad accounts of DTC/eCommerce brands.

● Agency experience preferred.

● Show an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative, drive projects forward, and proactively seek opportunities for growth and innovation.

● Be experienced in leveraging tools such as Meta Ads Manager and demonstrate proficiency in utilising its features to optimise campaigns and achieve exceptional results.

● Excellent time management skills.

● Positive, presentable and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas both internally and with clients.

● Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.

● Strong creativity with high attention to detail.

● Confident in own abilities

● Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

● A problem solver who is proactive and ultra-organised.

● Self-motivated and ambitious.

● Must be detail-oriented, diligent and very well-organised.
