The Opportunity:
A Silicon Valley backed; series A start-up is looking to achieve huge growth in 2020. With an experimental approach to marketing, they reinforce a test & learn mind set. You will get the opportunity to work alongside a senior leadership team who has 50+ years experience starting, scaling & exiting high growth businesses. Role:
This highly entrepreneurial role will evolve but what you can expect:

Oversee & deliver all Paid Social marketing activity – from top of funnel awareness to development innovative campaigns to drive sales

Optimise & grow Paid Social activity – continually learn & experiment with creative, bids & audiences

Develop & launch new campaigns across Pintrest, Snapchat & Twitter

Develop go to market plans & support the expansion in to new EMEA regions
-
Work with our merchandising, product & engineering teams to develop systematic ways to optimise & automate activity to drive acquisition & retention
Your Profile:
-
3+ years hands on experience, directly running large scale Paid Social campaigns
-
Proven track record working in a rapidly growing Brand, Ecom or Mcom business or start-up
-
You have strong experience in dynamic product & creative advertising

Demonstrated ability to run, grow & optimise Paid Social & Facebook campaigns at scale
-
You have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with changing priorities
-
You love & understand the ‘Growth Process’
