The opportunity:


Online homeware eCommerce business. They have over 200,000+ customers with a 4.8/5 rating on Trustpilot and 200,000 fans on Instagram, voted one of the fastest-growing  StartUps in 2020, and raised over £8m in venture funding to scale rapidly across the UK and Western Europe. Based in London with 70 employees and rapidly scaling.


The Role:


  • Work alongside the Performance Marketing director. Developing and owning the Facebook/Instagram paid media strategy
  • Testing creatives to understand what has the best impact 
  • Managing the social activity 100% in-house so setting the strategy, planning, activating, optimising, and reporting on all activity across their paid social initiatives 
  • Report on all paid social metrics, providing clear insights and actions.
  • Be the go-to social expert and ensure you are staying informed of platform developments


Skills Required:


  • Must have exp with D2C/Ecom customer acquisition in a high growth online businesses or media agency
  • Previous hands-on experience within key social platforms, especially Facebook Ad Manager
  • Experience testing creatives to understand what drives the best results 
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the brand you are representing
