Our client is a performance-driven agency that partners with high-growth ecommerce and retail brands. With a strong emphasis on innovation and proprietary tech, they are redefining what it means to deliver digital performance — and they’re looking for a new Performance Director to help lead that charge.
The Opportunity

Lead strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, each spending £100k+ per month

Manage a cross-channel team of Paid Media Team Leads and junior specialists

Own client relationships and performance outcomes

Plug into cutting-edge media tech, including TikTok-funded innovation projects

Collaborate with creative, strategy and new business teams to shape integrated growth plans
Responsibilities

Lead 4–5 ecommerce client accounts, acting as the senior strategic lead

Manage a team of 2 direct reports, typically 1 social and 1 search specialist

Guide integrated media planning and cross-channel strategy

Drive client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth

Collaborate with internal teams to introduce creative and tech solutions

Support thought leadership, case studies and new business development
Your Profile

Proven track record in paid media leadership within an agency setting

Strong background in paid social, with working knowledge of search

Experience across ecommerce or other performance-led client sectors

Confident managing cross-channel strategy and advising clients beyond media

Commercially sharp, data-driven and people-focused

Comfortable managing teams and leading client conversations
