Performance Manager (12 month FTC) - Multi-Channel 35000-40000 - Agency - Marketing Ref: 3580 Date Posted: Monday 21 Jul 2025 Performance Manager – Global Client | 12-Month FTC £35,000–£40,000 (potential flex) | Central London (Hybrid & Flexible) | August/September start We’re looking for a Performance Manager to join a global performance marketing agency on a 12-month FTC (maternity cover). You’ll be embedded within a dedicated client team, working on a major international account- with approx. £3 million in budgets and activity across multiple global markets. The role Working closely with an Associate Director and Director (plus support from an offshore team handling day-to-day delivery), you'll lead on performance planning and optimisation across paid social, PPC and programmatic – so we're looking for someone confident in at least 2 of the 3 channels. You’ll work across media planning, cross-channel optimisation, performance analysis and client reporting. You’ll also be client-facing, so strong communication and a data-driven mindset is key.
