Are you an expert in all things PPC and Google Shopping? Our client are a fast moving health and wellbeing start-up which provide products via a subscription service. They have a clear vision, purpose, incredible founders and are looking to expand their Growth team. You'd mainly focus on leading all paid media search (PPC, Shopping) activity, but would get LOTS of opportunity to also work across other channels, including paid social, display, TV, influencers etc!


The Opportunity:


Founded in 2019, this pre series A start-up has already secured an incredible £5m in seed funding! They have a Founding team have built two successful start-ups and turned them into household brand names.


They now boast a team of 35 employees in just 2 years, attracting top talent from companies including Amazon, Facebook, Deliveroo, Transferwise and Consultancies.


This is clearly a place where you will be able to learn from some of the best in the business so you can expect to gain rich experience; and go on a positive journey at early (but successful) stages.




They are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in all marketing initiatives:

  • Help significantly scale adoption of the brand

  • Lead all things PPC, Shopping, Display

  • Joining the growth and performance marketing team, reporting directly to Head of Growth; and be given support from Founders

  • Invest budget, tech and creative to contribute growing this wellness brand

  • Execute towards growth KPIs and marketing budget

  • Build, execute and optimise customer acquisition

  • Establish efficient and measurable growth reporting methods

  • Almost forgot to say…test and learn. Lots of testing and learning!


In exchange, can you bring?:


  • 3+ years’ experience in-house experience at a D2C/digital 1st/e-commerce business 

  • Expertise in Search (PPC, Shopping etc)

  • A passion to join a start-up

  • Experience having managed small and larger budgets

  • An obsession with driving growth performance and ROI

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute

  • Highly analytical and data driven
