We’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager to support a global media agency on a well-known charity account. This is a 3–4 month contract, outside IR35, working hybrid (2 days per week in London), and starting ASAP.

 

Role Overview

 

You’ll lead planning across large-scale brand activations for a major charity brand. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of brand and performance planning experience, combining strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead planning for high-profile brand campaigns
  • Balance brand and performance objectives within a holistic strategy
  • Collaborate closely with channel specialists to drive full-funnel results
  • Present planning recommendations to senior stakeholders

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a Media or Planning Manager within a media agency
  • Strong background in regional or multi-market planning
  • Experience working on large-scale budgets (£100m+)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across local and global teams
