Are you ready for your next challenge? A leading independent full service media agency is looking for a PPC Director to join their team. They have won multiple awards – most recently winning ‘agency of the year’ and work with tier 1 clients across entertainment, telecoms and retail!
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly into the Head of Search you will be 2nd in command. You will work closely with the Head of Search in defining the overall team strategy, pitching for new business, developing your direct reports and growing the team as the business grows.
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Search you will already be a PPC Director looking to make the move to a more senior PPC role.
- Leading a team of 3 by prioritising innovation and identifying growth opportunities
- Involved in new business pitches for the agency
- Supporting clients in designing their overall strategy to hit their KPI’s
- Defining and leading the implementation and improvement of current processes
- Ensuring Performance Tech is best in class by identifying and implementing improvements across technology, reporting and insights
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience within an agency, preferably already at the Director level
- Proven track record of consistently delivering strong results
- Expert-level knowledge & experience of DR and Brand campaigns
- Extensive experience devising strategies for clients and being very client facing
- Specialist within PPC with a clear understanding of SA360, Adwords, Google Analytics and other technology
- Demonstrated Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, highly collaborative and innovative in everything you do
