Paid Search Director

Up to £65k


One of the World’s most respected data driven performance agencies is looking for Paid Search Director to lead strategy, vision and growth for some of the companies most important paid search accounts.


This is a senior position leading a paid search team of up to 15 search specialists.

The Role:

  • Contribute and develop to strategic growth and commercial success

  • Develop a market leading product offering and paid search proposition

  • Drive technological efficiencies through the team

  • Support the new business process as required

  • Push boundaries with new ideas and trends to drive genuine innovations for the agency and clients

  • Manage team of experienced Seniro Managers, leading performance reviews and overseeing professional development, and supporting them in the management of their teams


Skills Required:

  • 5 years’ experience within Paid Search, at a strategic level, from an agency

  • Operational experience of running a large team (revenue, costs allocation, resource management)

  • Excellent search technology and product knowledge

  • Commercial experience in terms maximising and developing new revenue streams

  • A demonstrable, impassioned and compelling opinion of the paid search industry

  • Knowledge and experience of the latest industry tools and technologies

  • Passion for and wide understanding of all aspects of digital media
