Programmatic Account Manager £40,000 - £42,500 - Ad Technology - Account Management/Customer Success Ref: 3596 Date Posted: Thursday 07 Aug 2025 Programmatic Account Manager £42,500 + Bonus 3 days in office – Central London Gaming + Entertainment Client Patch We’re hiring a commercially minded, client obsessed Programmatic Account Manager to lead campaigns across a high-energy mix of gaming and entertainment brands. The right person will thrive on fast-paced delivery (think embargoed launches with 24-hour turnarounds) and be confident building strategic client relationships beyond just email. Open to backgrounds in agency planning or programmatic account servicing but you must be able to own the room. The Role You’ll sit within a high-performing Account Management team, working closely with Trading, Strategy, Data and Product to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. You’ll lead campaign delivery, drive commercial growth and act as a day-to-day strategic lead across several key accounts. Key responsibilities: Owning client relationships across gaming and entertainment verticals Delivering campaigns from briefing through to results and rebooking Running client meetings, entertainment, and performance reviews Managing short-turnaround and high-pressure briefs Mentoring junior team members (where appropriate) What we’re looking for 2–4 years’ experience in digital media, ideally agency or programmatic background Proven track record of owning client relationships and delivering high service levels Strong communication skills – comfortable picking up the phone, not just emailing Highly organised, detail-oriented and thrives under pressure Exposure to programmatic or DSP platforms (not essential to be hands-on) Proactive mindset and a passion for delivering commercial outcomes How to Apply To find out more, contact James Johnson at Pivotal on James@pivotallondon.co.uk Pivotal is an equal opportunities employer.
