Programmatic Manager,


London - 2/3 days a week


As a Programmatic Account Manager working across either a British multinational Luxury automobile manufacturer, Luxury Fashion brand, Travel company or a a well known pharmaceutical Product, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, and reports - focusing on Digital Investment (Direct/Managed Service Buys) and programmatic campaigns.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a Client account, planning and buying programmatic and digital investment campaigns - Maintaining best-in-class campaigns. Regularly reporting on the activation team's performance
  • Educate, support and guide direct reports on best practice in optimization and hypothesis design Deliver strong client servicing, and the relevant aspects of the Client Media Plan including delivering accurate reporting, insight generation and ideation. Ensuring rationale to support media proposals are robust and deliver against client objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, central Omnicom resource & partner agencies - create and maintain relationships with key media owners and partners to create lasting partnerships.
  • Other duties commensurate with the role as assigned by Digital Activation Director



  • Some experience within a digital activation role, either in-house, agency, or media owner side.
  • Previous Programmatic planning or platform trading experience is a must - inclusive of thorough knowledge of the programmatic & digital landscape
  • Previous Experience in Search/Social or other UI driven buying platforms is useful but not essential

  • Technical Implementation
  • Partner Management and relationship building


Tools & systems:

  • Programmatic DSPs - DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk (and others)
  • Other - Data tools (Semasio, Lotame, Verizon, etc ), Reporting (Datorama, Tableau etc), Booking/Financial (Prisma), Campaign management and AdOps (GCM, Flashtalking, Google Analytic, Adobe,), Content Verification (DoubleVerify)
