Programmatic Associate
About You
- A desire to transition to an advisory role having previously developed knowledge of DV360 in a hands-on activity management role.
- Prior familiarity with (or a desire to learn) CM360 as a basis for transitioning to an advisory role.
- Confident client-facing communication.
- Can explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Great analytical skills, detail-oriented and confident in making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including use of formulae and pivot tables.
- You will be passionate about ad technology and how it can shape digital marketing efforts.
- At least 1 - 3 years hands on experience.
About the Role
- We are looking for a Programmatic Associate to join our team either in London or Manchester.
- The role will focus on advising Advertiser & Agency clients on their own operational use of DV360 & CM360 and supporting them in resolving issues.
- This will be a diverse role as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients with varying requirements ranging from platform troubleshooting through to assisting on advanced projects.
- You will also be involved in managing the successful onboarding of new clients.
- We are looking for people who are passionate about the industry and want to share knowledge both internally and externally on programmatic developments.
- This role is perfect for those currently in implementational trading roles (perhaps within agencies, in-house advertiser teams, etc.) looking to further their career by adopting a more advisory role.
- Best practices acquired through their experience to date will be utilised and enhanced in a consultative capacity to drive change on clients' strategic direction in display.
- As Google’s most experienced EMEA Sales Partner we have overseen hundreds of deployments across the Google Marketing Platform.
- We do this by addressing ad tech infrastructure, data management, integration, media management and provide clients with relevant and up-to-date digital marketing services and consultancy.

- Help develop client accounts through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Learning and Development
We have an in-house team of learning specialists who will ensure a smooth transition into your role and the wider business. As a minimum, you’ll have a forward looking development review every 6 months to discuss your career goals and our L&D team will be on hand to support you to get there.
