This fast growing performance and marketing agency are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic Advertising Manager to join their ever growing programmatic team.



This agency is a global full funnel digital advertising agency. They have been around since 2017 and have now grown to an impressive 60 employees.


They have special labs teams leading in measurement (with MMM), Audience, Performance Creative and Marketing Analytics as well as all the traditional media buying teams in Programmatic, Google, Social, Affiliates, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and product feed management.


They support clients in the B2B, DTC space in verticals across retail/ecommerce, healthcare, entertainment, financial/fintech, publications and much more!


Key responsibilities:

● Manage client accounts on a day-to-day basis, providing weekly decks to update on performance reports, results and new tests/ strategies

● Work with the wider client services team and vendors to create media plans to help accomplish campaign objectives

● Maintain bulletproof organisation of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure

● Develop expertise in the use of Verizon Media DSP, The Trade Desk, Xandr Invest, and Google Marketing Platform to execute various buys

● Drive new ideas and execution to improve performance of social campaigns including account structure, platform, bid strategy, ad format, targeting, demographics, keyword expansion, landing page optimisation

● Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance

● Collaborate with other marketing teams to create unified, cross-channel campaigns

● Track, report and analyse website analytics and campaigns

● Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

● Media planning, including advising on programmatic advertising strategies for verticals including mobile, connected tv, display, pre-roll, native, out of home, and audio ads.

● Manage programmatic campaigns across multiple channels and platforms (display, mobile, video, social, etc.) using our in-house buying tools.

● Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies and targeting to optimize results

● Utilize media-buying tools including (but definitely not limited to) Apple Search Ads, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Xandr Invest, StackAdapt, DV360, Search Ads 360, Taboola, Moloco, and Google Campaign Manager.

● Identify areas for optimisation and recommend solutions to improve campaign performance

● Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices
