🎸 Programmatic Lead – London | £55k–£62.5k + bonus
I’m working with a valued client who is looking for a direct replacement for a highly regarded member of their team — a Programmatic Lead to take ownership of one of their largest agency accounts.
This is a high-profile role where you’ll oversee tier 1 clients (c.20 at any one time), managing £400k+ per month in revenue, and acting as the key strategic partner for a major German agency. The role blends hands-on programmatic activation (c.25%) with leadership, commercial growth, and client strategy (c.75%).
💡 What you’ll be doing:
• Taking ownership of tier 1 agency relationships, driving commercial growth and revenue opportunities.
• Overseeing a team of traders (line managing 3 remotely + future grads in Spain).
• Working closely with AM, Sales, and Product Leads to deliver strategy and insight.
• Presenting at QBRs, developing ideas to rationalise and grow accounts.
• Being client-facing, proactive, and collaborative with senior stakeholders.
