This fast growing performance and marketing agency are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic Advertising Manager to join their ever growing programmatic team.
This agency is a global full funnel digital advertising agency. They have been around since 2017 and have now grown to an impressive 60 employees.
They have special labs teams leading in measurement (with MMM), Audience, Performance Creative and Marketing Analytics as well as all the traditional media buying teams in Programmatic, Google, Social, Affiliates, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and product feed management.
They support clients in the B2B, DTC space in verticals across retail/ecommerce, healthcare, entertainment, financial/fintech, publications and much more!
As the Programmatic Lead in EMEA, you will be at the forefront of their programmatic offering, responsible for leading and overseeing their London-based programmatic team. In this role, you will oversee programmatic and display strategy across all our EMEA clients, managing the team to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of innovative, best-in-class campaigns. You will also be responsible for the growth of the EMEA programmatic team, driving innovation and development to ensure they stay at the forefront of the market, and developing programmatic best practices across all their EMEA clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the programmatic operations team to ensure they are surpassing client performance goals, and continually innovating and testing.
- Oversee programmatic strategy across all their EMEA clients, collaborating with the client services team and vendors.
- Develop programmatic best practices and RTA industry programmatic POVs.
- Drive execution in their tech stack to ensure maximum potential is reached for client performance.
- Bring innovation and new ideas to the forefront of day-to-day work to consistently improve the performance of programmatic campaigns.
- Upskill team members from all departments in programmatic.
- Own programmatic strategy for new business pitches.
- Collaborate closely with other channel teams (such as search and social teams) to create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
- Identify commercial opportunities and areas of growth that will help continue the development of the programmatic team
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams
