This is an opportunity to work within one of the largest global media agencies. This well known media agency has bases in over 100 countries, boasting market leading creative agencies and media brands under their umbrella. They collaborate with a huge amount of big name brands including high end luxury fashion brands, market leading entertainment brands and the most well known car manufacturers just to name a few! 

 

The Role

 

This is a pivotal role within the business with a primary focus on internal team and client liaison ensuring the client strategy is communicated and actioned with the trading and programmatic solutions teams. Alongside this, the Programmatic Planning Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Attendance in the early stages of client briefings and providing valuable feedback in the early stages of the programmatic campaigns

  • Offering a response to brief not being afraid to challenge client objectives with the use of programmatic solutions

  • Management of the platform and audience investment planning utilizing partnerships with tech vendors and publishers.

  • Constant innovation during the campaign process building on audience feedback based off trading feedback

  • Confidently presenting and promoting the programmatic capabilities on an internal and external level

  • Management of personal day to day workload alongside the development and training of junior members

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Natural leader and comfortable with working collaboratively with multiple groups and individuals

  • Solid knowledge of the ever evolving programmatic landscape and a good understanding of basic platforms for reporting

  • Open to the development of trading techniques and personal trading knowledge with the view to deploying new trading initiatives

  • Happy to play a key part in training of the junior members and developing new training initiatives

  • Hands on experience with client management with clear and concise communication skills

  • Autonomous worker with a keen eye for attention to detail, taking pride in quality of work

  • Creative and ambitious eye to contribute to team and agency processes who is happy to commit to productive change
