Job Title: Sales Director - AdTech Platform

Location: United States (Remote, with preference for candidates in Florida)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 base salary + 100% commission

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving, creative environment.

 

Role Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the US. While the preference is for candidates based in Florida, exceptional individuals from other locations, particularly New York, who are willing to travel to Florida as needed, will also be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, trading desks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).

  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to drive sales growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized advertising solutions that meet client needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, with a deep understanding of agency and programmatic ecosystems.

  • Strong network of contacts within the advertising industry, particularly with agencies, trading desks, and DSPs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel to Florida as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
