Pivotal London are absolutely delighted to announce a newly signed partnership with arguably the fastest growing company in the world in the AdTech and Programmatic space.

The remit of our partnership is to recruit circa 70 people in London with this business.

The company have grown from 200 people to 450 people globally in 2021; and their vision is to  continue their remarkable growth in 2022; there is not another business in the adtech/programmatic world that are on such a rocket growth trajectory.

A Demand Side Platform (DSP) within the programmatic advertising industry, their proprietary platform uses machine learning and AI to help advertisers target the right audience, at the right time, at the right place.

Agencies and brands find real benefits of working with this technology platform because of its ease of use, range of DSP products and features, fantastic reporting, dedicated account teams to support each client; and intuitive commercial models.

They are a remote 1st company, although you will have access to a leading service office space across London for the days you would like to be in an office.


Job Description

  • Identifying, pitching and closing sales with media agencies and brands

  • Preparing pitch materials and RFP’s

  • Working closely with technical and product teams to share feedback to ensure best in-class products and features are built

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and identify growth opportunities

  • Partner closely with Account Management team to develop new campaign strategies

Also, you will be supported by a junior sales person who will be supporting you with warm leads and arranging qualified meetings for you!


What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced digital advertising sales professional

  • Ideally you will have working knowledge of the programmatic industry

  • Relationships with media and programmatic buyers at a range of seniority

  • Experience building client pitch desks to close new business

  • Grown sales pipeline with CRM tools

  • Managed successful client deployments and ensure ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, client growth

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills



The basic salary and OTE are highly competitive. Additionally, further perks that you will receive are:
