Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London office

The Company:

We are currently partnered with a cutting-edge media agency that leverages advanced AI technology to deliver high-performance campaigns on a global scale. They partner with agencies, brands, and retailers to offer deep audience insights, transformative strategic planning, and precise media activation, all supported by their proprietary technology for faster and more accurate reporting.

The Role:

  • Build and nurture senior client relationships within the gaming sector
  • Drive growth and retention of both existing and new revenue streams
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies with clients needs
  • Convert client strategies into high-quality, actionable plans
  • Project client revenue and profitability forecasts
  • Develop pricing proposals that meet the client service requirements


  • Experience in a business development or partnerships role within the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of the gaming or esports industry with a real passion for the sector
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify narratives and communicate complex service offerings clearly
  • Broad understanding of the digital media landscape
