The role:

This is an influential role, where you will be responsible for the biggest chunk of media investment & one of the most important teams in the business!

As the new SEM Account manager, you will work directly with the Head of Growth & Head of Performance to develop & execute long term paid search strategy. Whilst working cross functionally & collaborating with marketing technology & data science teams. As they look to tap into new markets, they are investing heavily across media, marketing, creative & analytics. You will be joining an exciting time as they enter their next stage of growth.

 

Responsibilties:

  • Manage, plan & optimise long term paid search (Google & Bing) performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets
  • Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities to deliver on CPA goals.
  • Manipulate and analyse large, complex data sets turning them into actionable business insights.
  • Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring benchmarks are established, lessons are learnt, and growth opportunities capitalized.

 

About you:

  • Proven track record managing high volume & large-scale paid search accounts (200k+ a month)
  • Experience working at an online focused & digital first brand
  • Deep knowledge & hands on experience of managing campaigns across the Google suite & Bing.
  • A highly analytical mindset & approach
  • Strong technical skills in data manipulation using SQL, Tableau or Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, IT or related discipline will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
