A very well-known disruptive tech start-up are adding to their super talented performance marketing team in central London. They are looking for an SEM Manager to oversee the running of large scale, innovative campaigns

The Role:

  • Oversee strategy & roadmap for a multi-million SEM activity across key word search, app promotion, display & video

  • Manage, coach & drive career growth for a high performing team of SEM specialists

  • Work closely with search engine platforms to ensure that best practise is implemented across all activity & features

  • Drive implementation of automated bid management

  • Lead testing efforts across creative, targeting, bidding strategies & key word management

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of managing Paid Search Campaigns in different languages across multiple geographies

  • Extensive SEM experience required, including direct manage of SEM team

  • An obsession with driving marketing performance & ROI

  • Excellent multi tasker with an entrepreneurial spirt, looking to achieve constant growth

  • Advanced Adwords & Bing. Intermediate level knowledge of Analytics & SQL

  • Multiple languages would be advantageous
