This is a senior role within the client services team, best suited to someone who loves managing relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and being the trusted go-to for programmatic strategy. You’ll work across multiple formats (Display, Video, Mobile, Native) with both agencies and brands, helping clients unlock the full potential of their programmatic campaigns while collaborating closely with trading, creative and product teams. Responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact for a key portfolio of clients, both agency and direct Deliver strategic campaign recommendations, QBRs, and post-campaign analysis Partner with traders to ensure campaigns deliver on key KPIs and pacing Provide insights, performance commentary and best-practice guidance Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth Collaborate with creative and tech teams to drive campaign innovation Mentor and support junior account managers within the team Experience 5–7 years in a client-facing digital media or programmatic role Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients Strong understanding of programmatic trading principles and platforms Proven ability to build and grow trusted client relationships A commercial mindset with experience identifying upsell opportunities Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior team members How to Apply To explore this opportunity further, contact James Johnson at Pivotal on James@Pivotallondon.co.uk Pivotal is an equal opportunities employer.
