Pivotal are proud to be working alongside a leading b2b organisation with the PropTech sector in order to recruit a Senior Content Marketing Manager.

Our client is a mission driven business who are digitalising and streamlining the process for lettings, ensuring vital aspects such as contracts and reference checks are no longer manual and time consuming, ultimately making the process easier for both agents and tenants and solving a real life problem.


The Role

  • Develop and optimise multi-channel content strategies to enhance our client's industry reputation as a thought leader and to attract new customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to create and execute successful content strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to different funnel stages.
  • Simplify complex information (e.g., legislative changes, industry news, surveys) into engaging content for commercial decision-makers.
  • Produce and deliver compelling content to support business objectives.
  • Manage your direct report and coordinate with freelancers and our external PR agency.
  • Analyse, report, and refine content strategies based on their impact on the brand and business outcomes.


Experience required

  • Have led a high-performing, commercially-focused content marketing team with at least one direct report.
  • Have experience developing content marketing strategies with proven success in hitting commercial targets.
  • Are passionate about creating engaging content that appeals to new and existing audiences to meet business objectives and expand our brand reputation.
  • Possess exceptional creative writing skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to use company messaging, product information, and expert insights to craft on-brand messages across multiple platforms.
  • Have experience with various long form formats (e.g., whitpapers, blogs, reports)
  • Are proficient in using content and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
  • Have experience in a regulated industry (desirable)
