The Opportunity

Our client is on the lookout for an adept CRO Manager with a knack for blending analytics, creativity, and technical expertise to reshape user experiences on their website. As Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you'll lead the charge in elevating theirwebsite's effectiveness, boosting the conversion rate by refining user interactions and driving actions like demo requests and sign-ups.

 

Responsibilities

  • Regularly analyse website and user data to identify areas for CRO improvement.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to unveil valuable insights.
  • Take ownership of testing efforts, planning and executing A/B tests, split tests, and multivariate tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation of CRO changes.
  • Work closely with SEO, Content Marketing, and Paid Marketing teams for alignment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, data analysts, and developers to implement CRO changes.
  • Provide regular reports on CRO progress, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Monitor website performance and track changes in conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Demonstrate expertise in selecting efficient CRO tools and analytics platforms.

 

Your Profile

  • Extensive CRO management experience including exposure within B2B/SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in German and/or Spanish (a plus).
