Our client is at the forefront of technological innovation in the AdTech industry. After inception 4 years ago the business now boasts 3 offices in 3 continents and a team of 42 dedicated individuals whose main focus is to offer nonintrusive ways to get their clients adverts heard and then seen!

The 2 founders are ex-Google and wants a way to allow customers to enjoy playing their Mobile games without the need to stop and watch pop up ads. They have created one of the first audio-first, low-level banner ads, and the business is going from strength to strength. They confirmed a $21m Series A in 2023 (a huge feat considering the funding landscape last year) to fuel their growth ambitions and further focus on their tech and product teams to further ideate and continue the betterment of the product.

They are now building their tech hub in Yas Island in Adu Dhabi and they're looking for someone like you to lead their Product Development, work with the teams, and be the face of the business in the Middle East by attending industry-led exhibitions, join panel discussions and meet with prospective and current client bases.

What You Will Do

You'll be working equally as an internally focused colleague as well as being eternally facing and being "the face" of the business in the Middle East.

• You'll be technically driven and working with the Unreal and Unity Engineers who work to create better products, use your abilities, and ensure all Product Development is focused on what the clients need/ want.
• Work with large data sets which will allow you to help the Engineering teams with the Product roadmap and further ideate on ideas.
• Take charge of the Product roadmap and work with regular client meetings to make sure the business is close to the industry and hear first hand on what clients think of your products.
• Lead integrations of your Tech will current and prospective clients.
• Externally: the business wants you to lead exhibitions throughout the Middle East. Go to events and maybe even be involved as a Keynote speaker at the industry's top meetups. Exciting!

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Have extensive experience as a Unity/ Unreal Developer focused on in-app/mobile game development.
• 3-5 years experience in a Product Management led role.
• Have client-facing experience and understand what clients need from an AdTech partner.
• Have a local understanding of the latest tech trends within Mobile Gaming and what it means to be part of the industry.
