Job Title: Senior Digital Client Partner – Retail Media / AdTech
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus
Location: London, Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office

Our client is a leading player in the retail media and customer data space, working with some of the biggest names in consumer goods and technology. They combine first-party shopper data, media partnerships, and closed-loop measurement to deliver full-funnel advertising solutions for brands looking to influence buying behaviour

As part of their continued growth, they are hiring a Senior Digital Client Partner to take a leading role in shaping digital strategy, growing key accounts, and maximising performance across multiple digital channels.

The Role:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of key brand clients, driving digital media revenue through strategic, insight-led solutions.
  • Act as a digital advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions across media planning, optimisation, and performance management.
  • Create and implement digital growth strategies across the account base, identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Promote digital best practices and innovation, both internally and externally, including participation in events, forums, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset with clients to support continuous improvement in performance.
  • Ensure that third-party partnerships (e.g., major platforms and DSPs) are utilised effectively to deliver value for clients.

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience in digital media, ideally from a media owner, retail media network, or digital agency.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing, programmatic, and audience targeting.
  • Proven success managing and growing senior client relationships, with a strong track record in revenue growth.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into action.
  • Comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and leading strategic conversations.
  • A passion for retail, shopper behaviour, and the evolving media landscape.
