Pivotal are proud to be working exclusively with a founder led start-up who host epic experiences globally. With multiple brands under the group, they lead well known and world class luxury and adventure travel trips for consumers. At £20m ARR they are looking to build a sophisticated marketing and growth engine that will help scale the business to the next level.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CMO, this would be a brand new role in the team as they enter a transformation phase and plan to build a highly sophisticated marketing department. As the Snr Growth Manager you will not be limited in scope, as you will be leading on full funnel activity – owning, leading, fixing and scaling marketing channels (awareness, acquisition & retention). As the team is in early stages, there is a real opportunity to make an impact here.   • Development of high quality, innovative multi-channel campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Ownership of the prospect journey from awareness to acquisition.
  • Management and optimisation of paid activity with an external agency.
  • Management of a growth backlog of opportunities, prioritised and tackled.
  • Management of key channels, including email, SMS and Push.
  • Ownership of KPI and metrics reporting.
  • Development of technical marketing roadmap. Increase sophistication within key platforms - e.g. Klaviyo and Intercom to create better experiences for prospects and customers that engage and convert

Your Profile

  • Experience managing and executing multi channel campaigns, including paid media.
  • Experience managing complex budgets.
  • Experience with martech platforms - e.g. Klaviyo.
  • Passion for working in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible and committed to meet team goals and deadlines.
  • An energetic personality with a positive dedicated approach.
