The Role
As Senior Marketing Analytics and Data Scientist, you’ll be at the heart of a growing data function. This isn’t just about reporting-it’s about shaping how the business makes decisions. Your insights will directly influence growth strategy, customer acquisition, and where money is invested across marketing channels.
Specific projects will be shared at screening stage but day to day, you’ll:
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that cut through the noise and give teams clarity.
- Get under the skin of messy datasets, making sense of performance across multiple platforms.
- Analyse campaigns and funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to turn insights into action.
- Balance short-term needs like quick-win dashboards with long-term projects like advanced modelling and media mix optimisation.
You:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and loves solving complex problems with data. You’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get dashboards built and datasets clean, while also thinking big-picture about long-term strategy.
You’ll bring:
- 6+ years in data analysis, ideally within digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Proven experience building reporting and analytics frameworks from scratch.
- Strong SQL and solid Python skills for analysis and automation.
- Confidence with data visualisation tools (Tableau preferred, but others like Power BI, Looker, or Metabase are great too).
- A deep understanding of marketing metrics across paid and organic channels.
- A knack for communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
