About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced paid media professional aiming to progress in their career. They are seeking an individual who is eager to contribute their expertise, positively influence their clients, and enrich their team and culture. Joining the paid media team in Central London, you'll have ample opportunities for collaboration and engagement with colleagues across their global network.



• Collaborate with the Paid Media Lead to enhance our Paid Media services, proposing innovative ideas and avenues for growth.

• Conduct thorough account analysis and identify areas for improvement based on best practices.

• Manage the setup and execution of accounts and campaigns across various platforms, demonstrating proficiency in creating new accounts, activating campaigns, and integrating with other channels.

• Ensure effective budget allocation and pacing across campaigns.

• Take ownership of smaller client accounts, fostering strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

• Oversee the production of client reports and reviews, providing insightful performance commentary and actionable recommendations for optimization.

• Establish connections between paid channel performance, client objectives, and other marketing channels.

• Share industry insights and updates with the wider team, facilitating continuous learning and development.

• Participate actively in cross-team projects and initiatives.



• 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social. PPC is an added bonus.

• B2B experience

• Curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting results and ideas to clients and team members.

• Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.

• Experience with multiple advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with multi-market media strategies.
