The role:
Due to some exciting changes & demand from existing clients, this agency are looking to expand their paid media function even further. They have seen explosive growth & a shift to online ecommerce and Paid Social being the primary new customer acquisition channel for these companies.
They are now looking for a ‘Senior Paid Media Manager’ to help lead their paid social/ecom division. You will be the go to person for paid social & acquisition capabilities within the agency. This will be an incredible fast past & diverse role, with a real mix of account management & development, planning & delivery. Working with senior stake holders in to introduce best practices & processes which can be rolled out across the agency over time.
- Setting the standard for Paid Media delivery; you'll be leading on the paid media delivery for all eCommerce clients
- Business development & account growth; you'll work closely with the new business team to identify opportunities for growth, and get involved with proposals & pitches for new and existing clients
- Technical support & teaching; you'll be the main advisor for the technical delivery of Paid Media with a focus on eCommerce
- Raising the standard; you'll work with our Senior team to evolve processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the agency, testing pilots of products and process to make improvement
About You:
- 3+ years Paid Social experience: agency or in-house
- Track record of working on Ecom/DR/Acquisition accounts successfully
- A passion for driving growth: both for your clients and for the business
- Leadership: you have the ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team
- Operational effectiveness: you have great attention to detail, and a proven ability to input process and technology that drives efficiency
